All the round timber going as a raw material to make our furniture pieces is dried by means of a unique infrared vacuum wood dryer. The noted method is set to provide the timber to dry homogeneously thus preventing the timber from cracking.
Also each of our products is treated with a colourless agent protecting the timber.
When manufacturing the tables and seats we are using the undressed boards thus giving a unique face to each seat and table.
The roofs for the Captain Barbeque , sandpit, and garden furniture, as well as for the well curb, are made up of the spruce modules penetrated by an ancient natural timber protecting mean- the mixture of the flax oil and the pine tar. As the roofs are made of dried shaved boards, then water may pass in by the knots as it’s raining. If so, the customer is expected to mark the water breakthrough site and to coat the place with a colourless silicon.
